Once parcel shipped our team will email you shipping information (Tracking No. or AWB Number ).We send Invoice copy, Doctor’s Prescription [about how to use the supplements and dietary precautions].Delivery or herbal supplements is quite tough for following countries due to certain restrictions by customs – Few places in European Union, South Africa, Mauritius and Australia. Sometimes deliveries are allowed in these areas after submission of required documents, but it takes longer than normal, even 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. In some cases EMS is not able to deliver to these areas and we need to use DHL or FedEx only, and you need to pay Extra Express Shipping fee which we pay to these agencies for quick and hassle free delivery.Express Shipping through DHL or FedEx costs minimum US$60 for parcels below 500 grams and $20 for every additional 1000 grams. So, a parcel weighing 1.200 Kilograms will cost US$80 extra as Express Shipping Fee.Note : Flight delays, cancellations and customs delays are beyond our control. Due to the time required for custom and import clearance and forwarding delivery timeline may suffer. We use ‘EMS’ or ‘ShipRocket’ ( A well-known Ecommerce Courier Aggregator for Deliveries in India. For rural areas, EMS is best.Delivery takes 3-5 working days, depending on your location. In case of Free Shipping selected, it takes around 4 to 6 days to deliver the package, sometimes more if the location is remote [rural].If a customer selects Express Delivery then we ship through express services and that takes 48-72 working hours to deliver the product. For that a customer need to select Express Shipping and pay a nominal extra shipping.For Free regular shipping order value should be Rs.450 or above  + Rs.50 for or

Once order is shipped, full refund is not possible as we spend on packaging, courier and return courier charges as well. If you cancel your order before delivery means you refuse to accept the parcel, we will issue refund after deduction of charges once parcel is received back intact. In this case a partial refund [after deduction of compulsory packaging and forwarding expenses] will be applicable.
  1. Once products are opened, seals are broken, we do not accept back the goods, as these are health supplements and can’t be resold in such conditions. You can consult with our doctors and give the same to someone in your family and friend circle. Products has longer expiry, so if you keep them for future use, it’s not going to result in any loss.
