Return & Refund Policy

1. Global Return Policy
We proudly serve customers worldwide. However, returns and refunds are subject to the following terms, irrespective of location.
2. No Returns on Opened or Loose Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or loose Ayurvedic products. Please ensure the product is in its original sealed packaging before initiating a return.
3. 7-Day Request Window
All return/refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.
4. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount, even for accepted returns.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at yuktiherbs@gmail.com with your order ID, contact information, and the reason for return. You may be asked to provide photos or proof of product condition.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will provide a replacement or refund after validating the claim.
