1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Include your order ID while sharing information related to the cancellation of an order.

2. Refund Upon Cancellation

If cancelled before dispatch:

• A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• In case payment gateway charges are non-refundable by the payment processor, such charges may be deducted where legally permissible.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellation

Once an order is marked "Shipped", cancellation is not permitted.

Customers must refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refusal at Delivery

Refusing delivery without prior cancellation approval may result in:

• Deduction of initial shipping charges and return shipping charges
• Deduction of handling charges

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Customized Ayurvedic formulations
• Consultation bookings once scheduled
• Opened or perishable products

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian law and subject to the Mohali, Punjab jurisdiction.
