Cancellation Policy

1. Global Coverage

This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed through our website, regardless of your location worldwide.

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and you must refer to our return/refund policy.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please email us at yuktiherbs@gmail.com or call us with your order ID and reason for cancellation. We'll confirm the status and process it accordingly.

4. Cancellation Charges

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway charges (if applicable). Once dispatched, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

5. Order Rejection on Delivery

Refusing delivery of your order without prior cancellation approval will be treated as a return, and associated shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

6. Exceptions

Customized Ayurvedic formulations, health consultations, and opened or loose products are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstance.
