Global IPD Stay Policy

1. Admission Criteria
Admission is subject to doctor’s recommendation and requires submission of valid ID, passport (for international patients), and medical history.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Booking must be made in advance. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your treatment schedule. Confirmation details will be sent via email.
3. Stay Duration
Length of stay is based on your condition and advised by our Ayurvedic doctors. Extensions must be approved in advance.
4. Accommodation & Meals
We provide clean rooms, sattvic Ayurvedic meals, and 24/7 care. Attendants are allowed based on room type and availability (additional charges may apply).
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at admission. International payments must be made via secure channels. Cash above ₹50,000 is not accepted per Indian law.
6. Cancellation & Refund
- 70% refund if cancelled ≥7 days before admission.
- 30% refund if cancelled within 7 days.
- No refund once admitted (unless due to approved medical emergency).
7. Discharge Process
Discharge is determined by your recovery and final doctor’s review. All dues must be cleared before leaving. A summary and follow-up plan will be provided.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Ayurvedic treatments are personalized. Results may vary. Patients must follow the prescribed routine strictly for effectiveness.
9. International Patient Support
We offer visa support letters, airport pickup (chargeable), and multilingual coordination on request. Please ensure your travel insurance covers IPD treatment.
