We ship to locations within India only for orders placed through www.yuktiherbs.com.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro/remote locations (villages): 5–7 Business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via registered email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged Shipment

If the package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Inform us within 48 hours
  • Provide photographs/videos of the time, when you received

Claims beyond 48 hours may not be entertained.

9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions

10. Governing Law

This shipping policy is governed by Indian law and subject to the Mohali, Punjab jurisdiction.
