RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.yuktiherbs.com and delivered within India.

1. Nature of Products

Yukti Herbs sells Ayurvedic and wellness products, including ingestible formulations. Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain products are non-returnable (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product received is incorrect
  • The product has expired at the time of delivery
  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery

Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs/video while opening the box
  • Order ID
  • Description of issue

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products purchased during promotional clearance/or part of a bundle
  • Perishable items
  • Customized treatment packs

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation request is received before dispatch
  • Order status is not marked as “Shipped”

Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by Yukti Herbs only in case of verified damage or incorrect product delivery; else the customer has to bear the return packaging and shipping costs.

7. Limitation

  • Reject fraudulent or repeated claims
  • Request additional verification
  • Limit refund eligibility in cases of policy abuse

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Mohali, Punjab, courts.
